I opened Laser Bliss to do laser hair reduction differently: calmer, more personal and completely honest. No rushing, no pressure, no confusing pricing — just genuine care and treatments that feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
I'm fully certified, and the clinic is fully council approved. I trained in laser hair removal with the Australian Laser & Cosmetic Academy back in 2020, then went on to earn further certification with the Australian Therapeutic Skin Care Institute in laser IPL hair removal and laser facial rejuvenation. Whatever you're booking in for, you're in safe, qualified hands.
But honestly, the certificates aren't what I'm proudest of. What I love most is the people. My goal for every single client is simple: that you walk out feeling happy, confident and genuinely looked after — every visit, no matter what you're booked in for. Seeing your results and your confidence grow brings me more joy than anything else, and the people who come through my door don't stay "clients" for long — they become family.

As a general guide, shave the area beforehand and avoid sun exposure and fake tan in the lead-up. Avoid waxing or plucking between sessions, as the laser needs the root. We'll give you simple, specific advice for your treatment.
Skin can be a little warm or pink afterwards, like mild sun exposure. We'll talk you through simple aftercare — generally keeping the area cool, avoiding heat and sun, and using SPF. Follow the advice Jacky gives you for your skin.
Yes — we offer laser hair reduction for men across the back, chest, shoulders, neck, arms, legs and more, as single areas or packages.
We completely understand that life gets busy. Because your appointment time is set aside just for you, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. A card on file is required to secure your booking, and cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice — and no-shows — may incur a fee of 50% of the booked service. You'll always get a reminder beforehand, so it's easy to stay on track.
